STRUCTURAL
1. Dryrot is evident in the bathroom floor which requires repair or replacement'
2. The existing wooden framed windows are no longer sealed and allow for weather
infiltration. All of these windows require replacement
3. The existing roof covering has deteriorated and allows weather infiltration around
chimney. The repair or replacement of roof covering is this area is required'
4. The rear laundry room roof structure is sagging *h:l indicates that the structural
integrity has beln compromised. The.ooi-rrtl be either repaired or replaced'
