Current side yard set back is only three feet.
A five foot minimum is needed. Zimmerman
has agreed lo reduce the width of the carport
to 11 feet to meet the 5 foot side yard setback.
Carport cannot be higher than the house.

Was at the Zimmefinans 2418 North 16th to look at his new motor coach and
he was braggrng about since he got his approval on his RV cover he moved
support post back to the property line after being told that they were too
close.
I think that it is time for the Zimmermans to live up the the City rules,
especially having 2 businesses, they should set an example instead of
thumbing their Roses at the citY.
