The sewer project serving your area has been completed and ha.s been
accepted by the City Council.
Since iE is necessary for the health of the cormrunity to require all
properties to connect to the sanitary sewer. as soon as it becomes
".,rril"Ut., Chapter 2, Article 10 of the Springfteld City Code requires
that all property within 120 feet of a public sewer lateral must connect
to said sewer lateral.
Therefore, this is your notice to connect to the selJer; the work sha1l .
be completed within 60 days frsm the date of this l-etter.
The sanitary serder connection fee of $100.00 is payable at the time a
pe::nit is written. The permit fee of $t0.30 can be obtained at the
Building Department at 346 Main Street. If you plan to do the work
yourself, we have a diagram of construction details thaE will be furn-
ished at your request. If you have any further questions, please call
747-422L anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday thrq.rgh Friday.
