This letter is written to verify the address of the property known as Lane County
Reference 17032534 Tax Lot 04800 and 04900,. The structure at this location
has been assigned various addresses in the past and is now consolidating into
one address which is an existing address at this location. Prior addresses used
at this location were 1602 J Street, 1614 J Street, and 1 101 16th Street. The
address for these two tax lots will be combined to one street number and wilt be
commonly known as 1 101 16th Street, Springfield, Oregon.
I will be notifying the following agencies of this address verification by sending
them a copy of this letter:
