In going through our files we cane across a building Permit for
346 MAIN STREET
726-3753

That was last insp ected on January 23. 1980
The 1979 Oregon State Building Code, Section 505(d), explains that any building per-
mit for rvhich work is not started within 180 days of issuance, or if work is suspended
for a period of 180 days, the building permit sha11 expire by limitation and become
nu1l and void. If conditions beyond your control have prevented you from proceeding
on this project, please submit a letter stating the circr.unstances and if conditions
r^iarrant it" g,rit.liug Official may extend your application for a specified period of
time. If this building permit is allowed to expire, it will be necessary to obtain
a new building permit and a permit fee amounting to one-ha1f of the original pernit
fee for such work will be due.
If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you have can-
ce11ed this project and rve wiil clear our files of all related material. If you have
any questionl concerning this natter call the Springfield Building Division at 726-
3755.
