A recent observation of the property located at the Northwest corner of 14th and "Q"Streets, Springfield, Oregon found it to be in violation of Section 22.02 (b) 4 of
the Springfield Conprehensive Zoning Ordinance relative to required vision clearance
at corners. Our records show you to be the owner of this property, nore particularly
described as Tax Lot 6514, Map #17-03-25-2
Several small evergreen trees are located in the vision clearance triangle (please
refer to the attached diagran). While the trees tnay not have been a vision obstruc-
tion in the past; now that rrQI Street improvement construction is nearing conpletion,
they have become a problem. No screen or other physical obstruction may be permitted
to be between 24'and 10r above the established hS,i€ht of the curb in this triangulararea.P1easecomp1etethisworkuymc1etter(May8,1982).
