REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
It is Lhe responsibility of the permit holder to see that al-I inspections are
made at the proper time. To request an inspection, cal-l- 726-3769
(recorder), state your City designated job number, job address, tlpe of
inspection requested and when you will be ready for inspection. Requests
received before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, requests made after
7:00 a.m will be made the foflowing work day.
Special Inspections: In accordance with Section 306 of the State Specialty Code
a special inspector shall be employed by the Owner/Contractor during
construction of any following'"*" work. A copy of the special testing reporEs
sha11 be furnished to Building Safety.
In addition Lo the inspections specified, the Building Official may make or
require other inspections of any construcLion work to ensure compliance with
the Building, City or Development Code.
PILING, DRILLED PIERS/CAISSIONS - To be done during construction by
State Certified Special Inspector employeed by owner/contractor.
STRUCTITF-LI CONCRETE in excess of 2500 psi. To be done during consEr.
by State Cert. Insp. Results to City Building Inspector
BOLTS INSTALLED IN CONCRETE - To be done by State Certified Special
InspecLor. Provide inspection/test reports to City Building Inspector
HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING - To be done during constr by State Certified
Special Inspector. Results provided to City Building Divi-sion.
ITNDERGROITND ELECTRICAL - Prior to Cover.
FOOTING - After trenches are excavated.
FINAL ELECTRICAL, - When all electri-cal work is complete.
FINAL BUILDING - When all required inspections have been approved and
the buj-lding is complete.

application and do hereby certify that all information hereon is true and
correct, and I further certify that any and all work performed sha1I be done
in accordance with t.he Ordinances of the City of Springfield, and the Laws
of the State of Oregon pertai-ning to the work described herein, and that
NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any structure without permission of the
Community Services Division, Building SafeLy. I further certify that only
contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORS 701.055 wil-l be
used on this project..
I further agree to ensure that all required inspections are requested at the
proper time, that project address is readable from the street, that the
permit card is located at the front of tshe property, and the approved set
of plans wilf remain on the e at all times during construction.
