Uniform Housing Code as adopted by che CiEy of Springfield:
1. The 2x4 rafters are over span and must be braced to bearjng walls.
Spans should not be in excess of 9 feet. Collar tjes must be installed

All windows shall open freely.
The open electrical iunction box in the att'ic must have an approved
cover.
The garage must be removed or rebu'ilt in accordance with applicable
codes
The dry-rot is being replaced at this t'ime. A building permit has been
issued for this repair.
A11 necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all work
shall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance will be issued
