MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
In consideration of the covenants herein contained,

2. THE AGENT AGREES:
(a) To accept the management of the Premises, to the extent, for
Agreement. In the case of cancel'lation by AGENT, the OWNER shall not
be required to pay a cancellation fee.
This Agreement shal'l be binding upon the successors and assigns
of the AGEMI and their heirs, administrators, executors, successors and
assigns of the OWNER.
