. Manufacture new D/F extruded aluminum sign cabinet with divider bar painted white'
. Cabinet to have vertical l-beam with mounting plate at bottom of cabinet'
. Cut holes thru l-beam to allow pass thru for horizontal LED tube bulbs'
. Fab new Lexan faces with 'Northgate Liquor Store' Red' yellow & black PSV graphics'
. Reuse existing Ta Ba Rin pan faces in top section of cabinet'
