t. Foundatj.oa Inspection: To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected and when all

plant (comonly termed "transit mixed") is to be used, materials need not be on the job.
2. Concrete SIab or Ulg"tif"9. Inspection: To be made after aII in-slab or under-floor building

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEI{AGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
l. Permits shall be effective for one year from the date of issuance.
2. Upon completing lhe construction for which a permit has been issued, the permit holder shall-notify the Lane County Department of Plannj.ng and Comunj-ty Development by submitting theinstaLlation record forn. The Department shal1 j.nspect the construction lo deterni,n; if itcompl.ies with the rules contained in this division, If the construction does comply with suchrules, the Deparlment shaL.l- issue a cerLi.fi.cate of satisfactory completion to the p;rmiti holder.If the construction cloes not comply wlth such rules, the Depar-tment-sha11 noti(y t^he pernitholder and shail requrre satisficiory compLetion before issuing the certificate.
