Dear Ms. Currence,
At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfielcl macle ahousing inspection on May 16,1978, at 1095 North 6th Sireel, Spr.ingfield,0regon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the UniformHousing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. All windows must open freely.
2. An additional 400 square inches of attic ventilation is required.
3. A fire wall should be installed between the garage and the house. A layerof 5/8" type X sheetrock installed on the gaiage-side of the wall that is
connected to the house will provide the required protection.
4. Rewire the range hood.
5. Replace the water heater wire in conduit.
6- Rewire the washroom in the garage and install a receptacle over the cab'inetin the kitchen
7. Tiebars are needed on the submain service panel.
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all workshall be accomplished according to appficable codes and inspected beforea Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
