Blakely: Irm writing with regard to your application for a second hand dealers' licensein order to operate at 136 South 6th Street, Springfield,0regon. A change of occupancy inspection conducted by the Building Division representa-tives is not necessary at this time. However, if you plan to do any alterations or additions to the building, plans must be submitted and approved and a build- ing permit issued before work is begun. Before any advertising signs are erected, application for and issuance of a sign permit is also required. Building and sign permits may be obtained at the Springfield Public ltrorks Department, 225 North 5thStreet. If you have further questions with regard to building or sign pernits, please direct then to the Springfield Buitding Division at 726-3753.
