As we discussed, it is the City's policy to change an address only uuder certain circumstances, and under
no circumstance, unless the address cha4ge is requested by the property own€r. Recently, an address
change was requested through our office ior yo* property commonly known as2462 &2466 5h Steet,
also identified as Lane Cogity Reference NumUei IZOE 262l,Taxlot Number 03000. It was brotght to
my attention that the address th*g. request that was made for this properly was requested by a renter of
the structure and not by you, the property owner. The address change that was approved by this office on
February 11, 2004 UV iloU du*nurt, "tru"ging
the address to 2462 & 2464 5u Steet is not valid. The
property wili remain2 462 &2466 56 sreit. The additional structure on this same tax lot for verification
p".por"r is addressed 2470 & 2474 5b Street, both duplexes, both in Springfield, Oregon'
I will notifi the following agencies of this invalid address change by mailing them a copy of this letter:

Northwest Natural Gas
US Postal Service
