This letter is to request the approval of a double electrical meter base on a single-family
dwelling. This dwelling is a rental income property, two bedroom/two bath with a single
.ur gurug. designated for the tenant. We added a third garage bay to the original double
.ur gurug. plans and created a partition wall between the tenant garage and two other
gurigeUiyi. fne two other garage bays were built to service my personal use.
The extra meter is needed to protect our tenant. We plan to have common area lighting in
the outside parking area and ihe electricity used for that is not the tenant's responsibility.
Sub has sold a double-meter package to use on this property. The contact person that I
know, and paid for the service, is their engineering technician Tony Talbot'
