RE: Invalid Address Change
Dear Mr. Philpott:
As we discussed, it is the City's policy to change an address only under certain circumstances, and uuder
no circumstance, unless the address change is requested by the properly owner. Recently, an address
change was requested tbrough our office for your property commonly known as 2462 & 2466 5' Steet,
also identified as Lane County Reference Number 17032621, Tax Lot Number 03000. It was brought to
my attention that the address change request that was made for this property was requested by a renter of
the structure and not by you, the properfy owner. The address change that was approved by this office on
February I 1, 2004 by Bob Banxhart, .changrng the address to 2462 & 2464 5u Street is not valid. The
property will remain 2 462 & 2466 56.Street. The additional structure on this same tax lot for verification
p".por"r is addressed 2470 &2474 sfi Steet, both duplexes, bothin Springfield, Oregon.
I will notify the following agencies of this invalid ad&ess change by mailing them a copy of this letter:
