RE: Invalid Address Change
Dear Mr. Philpott:
As we discussed, it is the City's policy to change an address only under certain circumstances, and under
no circumstance, unless the address chaqge is requestedby the properly owner. Recently, an address
change was requested through our office for your properry commonly known as2462 &2466 5'Steet,
also identified as Lane County Reference Number 17032621, Tax Lot Nurrber 03000. It was brotght to
my attention that the address change request tlat was made for this properfy was requested by a renter of
the stucture and not by you, the properly owner. The address change that was approved by this office on
February ll, zOM UV boU Samhart, changrng the address to 2462 & 2464 5u Steet is not valid. The
property will remain 2462 & 2466 5u SEeet. The additional structure on this same tax lot for verification
p,r.poris is addressed 2470 & 2474 56 Steet, both duplexes, both in Springfield, Oregon.
I will notify the following ageucies of this invalid address change by mailing them a copy of this letter:
