Springfield Building Safety Division Department of Public Works 225 North 5th Street August 30, 1984 LOCATION: 2240 North 5th Street, Springfield, 0regon SPECIFIC VIOLATI0N: Section 3.05 B. of the Springfield Zoning Code relative to side yard setbacks in the Low Residential (RL) District (please refer to the attached copy). An accessory building is being constructed in the required side yard setback area. REQUIRED CORRECTION: The building must be relocated so that it does not encroach into the side yard setback area as required by the Springfield Zoning Code.
