Division Staff must be able to contact appropriate
persons regarding design information or job site
corrections, etc.II. Abbreviated Plumbing, Mechanical, & Electrical SchedulesA. Except where blank spaces occur in the descriptionportion of the Mechanical and Electrical Schedules,
the applicant need fill-in only the No. Boxes adjacentto the appropriate item(s) to be installedB. Full Plumbing, Mechanical, and Eiectrical Schedules
are available at the Building Division1. To conserve space on the permit form the schedules
have been abbreviated2. If the item(s) to be installed are not covered on
the abbreviated schedules you should consult the
ful I schedulesC. BUILDING DIVISION STAFF WILL FILL OUT ALL FEES AND
CHARGES ON THE SCHEDULES0. As noted on the CAP, the label must be delivered to theelectrical contractor for signature by his electricalsupervisor. The general contractor is not authorizedto sign the electrical label.III. Applicant to sign and date
lJhenever possible, the initial appf ication wil'l be used as

Plan check fees are due and payable at the time of the
application, and no plans will be processed until these
fees are paid. All other fees and charges are due and
payable when the permit is issued.

the Springfield Code and/or City 0rdinance. Rather than issuing a citation or im-
mediately instituting l4unicipal Court proceedings, it is the City's standard prac-tice to inform citizens of the violation and request that it be corrected within
a reasonable tirne.
The attached forn specifies the violation, the required corrections necessary in
order to comp'ly r^rith thd applicable Springfield Code and/or City Ordinances and
the date by which your corrective action should be completed.
