RE: Additional Street Address Assignment
I am writing in response to your request for an additional address to be assigned to the 5u Street (western
entrance) to your structure commonly known as 500 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon. The property
currently has one structure with proposed multiple businesses on the second floor. Your existing business
of Emerald Empire Art Associatiouwill remain 500 Main Street, and the new entrance off 59 Steet will be
commonly known as l2l 56 Street. This parcel is also known as parcel known as Lane County Reference
Number 17033531, Tax Lot 08100.
The City of Springfield does not assign suite numbers, but allows the property owner to assign those.
Emergency Services request that businesses on the fust floor begin with a "1" and businesses on a second
floor begin with a "2". An example would be 12l 5th Street, Suite 201 for a second floor business. This is
their preference, but not a requirement.
I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this new address assignment by sending them a
copy ofthis letter:
