Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bailey:
We have received your request for assignment of a street address for the vacant property you
recently purchased on South 2nd Street in Springfield, Oregon. The parcel under
consideration is Tax Lot 51OO of Lane County Assessor Map #17-03-35-33, and is the
southwest portion of Lot one, Block four of the AMENDED PLAT OF WILLAMETTE HEIGHTS
ADDITION. The north property line of this parcel is the south City Limit line, and the parcel
is within the City Of Springfield Urban Growth Boundary.
We have assigned the address 733 South 2nd Street to this parcel. You will be required to
post the address numbers in a location visible and legible from the South 2nd Street frontage
at the time development of the vacant parcel occurs.
Typically we would notify all effected companies and/or agencies of this new address
assignment by sending them a copy of this letter, however since the property is vacant no
purpose is served by mailing out such notice at this time.
