be permitted. In those zonlng dlstrict classlflcaEions
where these si-gn regulaEions conflict with the general sign
regul-ations of the district, the sign requlrements for home
occupations herein take precedence.
Employees shall be limited to the residents of the home for
which the permit is issued. No outside employees sha1l be
a11owed.
No dwelllng shall be used as headquarters for the assemblv
of employees for instructions or other Purposes, or to be
dispatched for work at other locations.
A11 aspects of the conduct of a home occupation shal1 be
contained and conducted within the dwelling or withln a
completely enclosed accessory building.
There shall be no display, other than the permitted name
plate, that will lndicate from the exterior that the property
or dwell-ing is belng utllized in whole or ln part for any
purpose other than for residential purposes.
There shall be no commodity sold upon the premises, excePt
that pr:oducts made or sold may be disposed of by delivery
from the premises to the homes or places of business of
cus tomers .
Customer and cllent contact sha1l be primarlly by telephone,
mail, or in their homes and places of business' except for
those home occupations which, by Eheir very nature' cannot
otherwise be conducted except by personal contact upon the
premises.
The aggregaEe of all space within any dwelling devoted to a
home occupation sha11 not exceed 300 square feet in floor
area or an area equal Eo tlrenty-five (25) percent of the
floor area of the dwelling, whichever ls lesser.
