This letter confirms the approval of your Home Occupation Application
for an office at 1950 Yolanda. This approval is subject to conformancewith the regulations of Article 16 of the Springfield Development Code.
As discussed previously and as indi-cated by you in your description ofproposal this approval does not permit clients from contacting you atthi-s location. A11 client contact at this location sha11 be by phone,mai1, couputer, fax and television communications.
Additionally, no employees other than family members who reside at theresidence have been approved to work from 1950 yolanda Avenue. rf inthe future you wish to have an outsi-de employee you will need to requcstan Occupancy Inspection through the Building Safety Division and modifythe Home Occupation approval.

THE APPLICANT'S SIGNATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT CERTIFIES ACKNOVLEDGMENT OF THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS OF OPERATION:

SECTION 16.080(1) OF TIIE SPRINGFIELD DEVELOPMENT CODE, THERE SHALL BE NO DISPLAY

OTHER THAN A RESIDENTIAL DI.IELLING.
2. THERE SHALL BE NO OUTSIDE STORAGE OF MATERIALS.
3.NO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PERMITTED EXCEPT THAT \THICH IS COMPATIBLE ITITII
RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES.
THERE SHALL BE N0 oFFENSTVE NorSE, VTBRATToN, SMOKE, DUST, ODoRS, HEAT 0R GLARE
NOTICEABLE AT OR BBYOND THE PROPERTY LINE RESULTING FROM THE OPERATION.
A MAXIMUM OF 2 IIORKERS MAY BE EMPLOYED AT ANY GIVEN TTME BETVEEN THE HOURS OF 7A.M. AND 8 P.M. IN ADDITION TO FAHILY MEMBERS VHO RESIDE AT THE DI.IELLING.
6 THE OPERATION SHALL NOT CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAFFIC CONDITIONS OR T'NDULY BI'RDEN
ON-STREET PARKING AREAS.
7 IF THE PROPOSED USE REOUIRES A MODIFICATION TO THE DI.IELLTNG OR ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE OF A NATURE THAT IS NOT TYPICALLY FOT'ND IN RESTDENTIAL DTSTRICTS, THE
PROPOSED USE SHALL BE CONSTDERED INAPPROPRIATE AND THEREFORE INELTGIBLE AS A
HOME OCCUPATION.
