Dear Mr. Hoffmeister:
At the request of the Springfield Util'ity Board an Electrical Safety Inspection was
conducted at the above address on Februar! 2, 1983. At that time a hazardous con-
dition was found to ex'ist'in v'iolation of the Uniform Housing Code.
The follow'ing item p:ust be repaired or rep'laced w'ithin 15 days from the date ofthis letter to conform with the Uniform Housing Code and the National Electrical
Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
The meter base has pulled away from the wall of the building
and has been improperly secured. U.H.C. 1001 (e)
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and shall be accomplishedin accordance with applicable codes and inspected before a Certificate of Conpliancewill be issued.
