Dear Mr. Norris:
You recently requested that addresses be assigned to the properly known as Lane County Reference
Number 17033411, Tax Lot 05300. In order to proceed with your addressing request, I will need the
fo llowing information :
l. The application requires the property owner's signature. According to the Lane County Regional
Land Information Database, you are not listed as an owner of the properry. If you are the current
owner of the property, please submit information showing ownership in order to process your
request. If you are not the owner, the application must be signed by a current owner of the
property.
2. The application states that the lot has been divided into two separate lots. I cannot hnd record of
the property being divided. Please provide a partition number of the land division.
3. The application states there will be two homes constructed on the lots in the near future. I cannot
find record of a demolition permit and/or inspections of the sanitary sewer cap and debris removal
for the structure at 936 Water Sreet. Please provide information regarding removal of this
stucture.
