At your request, your properly commonly known as2579 Walnut Ridge Drive, Springfield, Oregorq also
known as.Lane Counf Reference Number 17032343, Ta:< [.ot Number 00300 has been changed. The new
address assigned to the property will be 915 McKenzie Crest Drive.
As I explained to you on the telephone, addresses are assigned by the street from which the property takes
access. After reviewing your construction plans, it was determined that although your vehicle access is on
Walnut Ridge, there is not a pedestrian door facing a public right of way except the one facing McKenzie
Crest Drive. [t is our determination that a McKenzie Crest Drive address will more logically identiff the
property.
I will notiff the following companies and/or agencies of this new address by sending them a copy of this
letter:
