This letter is to serve as yorr notice that your property localed on Lane County Reference Number
17023233, Tax Lot 03800 was assigned an incorrect address at the time of your construction plan
submittal. The address assigned at that time was 4142 arfl 4144 Virginia Avenue, Springfield, Oregon.
Recently, it was brought to our attention that your new building's address was out of numerical sequence,
which could cause a delay in emergency response times. The new addresses assigned for the duplex
which is now under constmction is 4122 and 4124 Virginia Avenue, Springfield, Oregon.
I will notiS the following companies and/or agencies of tiis new address by sending tlrem a copy of this
letter:
This change will take effect immediately. When calling for future inspections, please refer to tlte new
address. I am enclosing a new placard for your constructionjobsite with the new address on it. Ifyou
