RE: Sanitary sewer Connections
This letter is written to confirm that we have no record of ganitary Eewer
connectlons at the following locatlone:
3990 Vitus Lane
3995 Vitus Lane
3998 Vltus Lane
These properties, if indeed connected to the sanit.ary sewer system, are
il,Iegal. In order to have an approved connection, each line would need to be
uncovered and inepected. Not, knowing what materlale were used when the
propertiea were connected, or how the Iines were installed, and that permits and
inepections were not requeeted, the Iinee would be required to meet current
specifications for sanitary Erevrer line installation as described in the State of
oregon one and Two Family Dwelling Code. Each property would aleo be required
to obtain a permit for the inspection of the lines. The cost of the permit
would depend on the Iength of the line. I have attached a permit fee echedule
for your reference.
