RE: Sanltary Se$rer Connections
This letter ig written to confirm that we have no record of sanitary ser^rer
connectLons at the following locatione:
399O Vitue Lane
3996 Vitus Lane
3998 VItus Lane
These properties. if indeed connected to the sanitary ser^rer system, are
iIIegaI. In order to have an approved connection, each line would need to be
uncovered and inspected. Not knowing what materials were ueed when the
properties were connected, or how the Iines were instalied, and that permits and
inspections vrere not requeeted, the l-ines would be required to meet current
specifications for sanitary sevrer line installation as described in the State of
Oregon One and Two FamiLy DweIIl-ng Code. Each property would also be required
to obbain a permit for the inspection of the lines. The cost of the permit
would depend on the Iength of the line. I have attached a permit fee echedule
for your reference.
