Our records indicate that on July I I , I 996, you subm itted plans for the proposecl construction of a bedroom
addition to be located

Virginia Street, Springfieltl, Oregon. To date, the plans and required permits
for this construction have not been obtained.
1'he Springfield Building Salety Codes Administrative Cotle states that "Applications for which no permir
is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by lirnitation, and plans and other
data subntitted fbr review may therealter be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the Building
OfIciat." The Code furthcr states that, "The Builtjing Olficial may extend the time lor action by the
applicant for a period not exceeding 1 80 days upon request by the applicant showing that circumstances
beyond the control of the applicant have prevented action fronr being taken. No application shag be
extended more than once. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall
resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee."
If you would like your plans returned to you, please phone me within ten (10) days from the date of this
letter and I would be happy to mail them to you. If I do not hear from you within ten (10) days, I will
destroy the plans.
