BUILDING DIVISION:
REQUI RED II.SPECTIONS :
I. Foundation Inspection: To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected and when all
materrals for the foundation are delj.vered on the job. ilhere concrete from a centraL mixing
plant (comonly termed "transit nrxed") is to be used, materials need not be on the job.
2. Concrete Slab or Under-a1oor Inspection: To be made after a1I in-slab or under-floor buiLding
EEIiTT eQuipnot, rcndult, plffigrcssorres, and other ancillary equipment items are in
pJ.ace but before any concrete is poured or floor sheathing install.ed, including the subfloor.
3. Franing & Insulation Inspections: To be made after the roof, alL franing, fire blocking, andbracing are in place and aLL pipes, firepLaces, chimneys, and vents are complete and al]. rough
electrj-ca.L and plumbing are approved. ALl waII insulaEion and vapor barrier are in place.
4. Lath and/or Gypsun Board Inspection: To be made after a1I lathing and gypsum board, interior
and exLerior, is in place but before any plastering is applied and before gypsw board joi,nts
and fasteners are taped and finished.
5. Final Inspection: To be made after the building is complete and before occupancy.
APPROVAL REQUIRED. No work shall be done on any part of the buildinq or structure beyond the point
itrdicated in each successive inspection without fi!st obtaining the approval of the buitding official.such approval shall be given cnly after an inspection shall have been made of each successive stepin the constructlon as indicated by each of the inspections required.

1. Footings and piers to comply with State foundati-on requirenents for mobile homes or asrecomended by the manufacturer.
2- MobiIe home min.imun finish fLoor eLevation shall be certi-fied when required by a flood-plain manaqenent letter.
3. Mobj-le home t.iedowns. when required, and sklrting shall be installed and ready for inspec-tion uithin a! least 30 days after occupancy. Tj-edowns and skj.rting shall be installedper enclosure.
D. syriming_PgoI: Below grade when steel is in p).ace and before conclete is poured. Above gradewhen pool is instafled.

SUBSURqACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEI{AGE DISPOSAL SYSTEI4S:

Upon completing the construction for which a permil has been issued, the permit hoLder shal,Inotify the Lane County Departient of Plannj.ng and Comunity DeveLopment bi submittj.ng thelnstallation record form. The Departnent shaLl inspect the construction Lo deternj.n; if itcomplies uith the rules contained in this division. If the construct.ion does comply wj,th suchruIes, the Department shall i.ssue a certificate of satisfactory conpletion to the p;rniti holder.rf the construction does not comply with such ru1es, the Deparlment-sha11 notify tie permithoLder and shall require satisfactory completion before isiuing the certificat;. pailure tomeet the requilements for satisfacLory completion uithin a reasonabLe time constituLes a vio-lati-on of ORS 454.605 to 454.?45 and this ruIe.
