Springfield, Oregon June 7, 1979 97477 Dear Tom: At your request I have inspected your two lots being created by partition on Union Terrace for suitability for building. No testing was done to determine soil bearing vatues. I found both lots to be higher than the property immed- iately surrounding them to the North and East and generally sloping in a Northwesterly direction. Lot A appears to be well drained, while Lot B has some slightly wet areas in the Northwest corner. Any foundation placed in these wet areas should be placed on a pad of crushed rock or 6" minus bar-ru at least 12 inches deep. Sincerel yours, David M.
