REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see that all inspections are
made at the proper time. To request an inspection, cal-l 726-3769(recorder), state your City designated job number, job address, type of
inspect.ion requested and when you will be ready for inspection. Requests
received before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, reguests made after
7:00 a.m will be made the foll-owing work day.
Special Inspections: In accordance with Section 305 of the St.ate Specialty Code
a special inspector shal-l be employed by the Owner/Contract.or during
construction of any following "*rrwork. A copy of the special- testing reports
sha11 be furnished to Building Safet.y.
rn addition to the inspecEi-ons specified, the Building Official may make orrequire other inspections of any construction work to ensure complj-ance with
the Building, City or Development Code.
GRjADING/EXCAVATING/FILTJING - To be done during constr by Special State
Cert.ified Inspector. Provide reports/tests to City Building Inspector

FOOTING - After trenches are excavated.
