Lively pool is ato a highly desirable conrnunity facility. The design and locationthis access are both more efficient and less intrusive than the I discussed your proposal with Planning and Transportation staff and we agreed that completion of the following items would allow you to incorporate this property intoyour devel opment: 1. Annexation and rezoning to Public Land and Open Space (no plan amendments arenecessary). This action must be concluded before the pool opens. Construction may proceed prior to the Final Order of annexation issued by the Boundary Corrni ssi on. 2. Si te Pl an Review. submi tted . 3. 4 5 A Type II Site Plan, including the new property, must be 6 A temporary construction driveway is permitted provided you: a) receive a permit to cut the curb; b) receive a grading and excavating permit; c) pave the first 100 feet of the driveway with asphalt or concrete; and d) provide our office with a letter from your attorney verifying your ownership of this property a11ows you to make these improvements. The temporary (and permanent) driveway must be aligned with North 61st Street. It is 1ike1y that a portion of your new driveway wi'|1 be required to be dedicated as pub'lic right-of-way to allow logical development of adjacent property. Should this occur, Willamalane may be obligated to construct a 2/3 width street wi-th sidewalks. If this occurred, the remainder of the street would be improved by the developer of the adjacent property at the time that property is developed.
