EXTERIOR REPAIRS
l. Replace all existing windowB with the exception of the bathroom window
with mill-finished, dual-glazed windows with screena. Inetall single-hung
windows in present double-hung locations, and sliders in present slider
locations, Install and finish necessary interior and exterior trim to
produce a complete, finished installation. Note: One window in each
bedroom must comply with section 1204, SSSC, (Net opening of 5.7 sq. ft.,
minimum opening height of 24 inches, sill not more than 44 inches above
floor).
2,Install newl solid core exterior door complete with hardwarer exterior
lockset and dead bolt, weatherstripping and threshold at rear ontrance.
New door is to contain a dual-glazed, openable window with BCreorl.
Provide owner with two keys to each lock. Prime and paint, or stain and
seal door immediately upon installation.
INTERIOR REPAIRS
Install new plastic laminate and 4 inch backsplash with metal trim at
kitchen counter. Install new, double bowl, stainless steel sink with new,
single-handle faucet ("Moen" or equivalent). New plaetic laminate may be
installed directly ulrcn existing counter surface.
WEATHERIZATION
Inet"all blow-in insulation in the north and east walls of kitchen and east
and south walls of pantry and shop/dwelling wall. Caulk all exterior door
and window openings. Install new threshold and weatherstripping at front
entry door.
