NoTE: AIl building permits require i.nspections for the work authorized, such as but not limited to:
A. Block Wall: To be maCe after reinforcing is in place, but before any grout is poured. This

B. t'lood stove: To be made after completion of nasonry (if applicable) and when installation isuple6. Installation shaIl be in accordance with an appiovea, nationally recognized teslingagency and the manufacturer's installat.ion instructions.
C. Mobile Home: An inspection is required after the mobile home is connecled to an approved

1. Footings and piers to comply with Stale foundation requirements for nobile homes or asrecomended by the nanufacturer.
2. Mobile home minimum fi-nish floor eLevation shaLl be certified when required by a flood-plain nanagement IeLter.
3. $obil-e home tiedowns, when lequired, and skirting shall be inst.alled and ready for inspec-
tion withj.n at least 30 days after occupancy. Tj-edowns and skj.rting shall be installedper enclosure.
D. Swiming PooI: Bel-ow grade when steel, is i-n place and before concrete is poured. Above grade
wh-en prcI-ls .i nstalIed.

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATII"IE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
I. Permits sha11 be effective for one year from the date of issuance.
2. Upon campleting the constructron for which a permit has been issued, the permit holder shatl
notlfy the Lane County Departnent of Planning and Comunity Developnent by submitting the
instaLlatj-on record form. The Department shalI inspecL the construction to determi.ne if itcomplies with the ru.Ies contained in this division. If the constructj.on does comply with suchrules, the Department shall issue a ce!tifi,cate of satisfactory completion to the perniti holderIf the construction does not cohply with such ruIes, the Deparment shaIl. notify the permit
holder and shall- require satj.sfactory compLet'ion before issuing the certificate. Failure tomeet the lequirements for satisfactory completron wiEhin a reasonable time constitutes a vio-
