HOME OCCUPATION AGREEMENT
If,g- applicant's. signature of this agreement certifies acknowledgment of thefol lowing conditions-of operatjon:
1. Except lor the one non-illuminated L L/2 square foot wall sign permittedin Section 16.080 (1)(a) of the Springfield'Development Code,-thbre shallbe no display which would indicate from the exterior that the bu'ilding is
used for any purpose other than a reSidential dwelling.
2. There shall be no outside storage of materials.
3. No mechanical gquipment shall be permitted except that which is compat'ible
wi th res'ident j a1 puiposes.
4. There shall be no offensive noise, vibration, smoke, dust, odors, heat orglare noticeable at or beyond the property line resulting from the
operati on.
5. 0n1y family members who neside at the dwelling may be emp'loyed.
6. The operation shall not create hazardous traffic conditions or undu'ly
burden on-street parking areas.
7. If the proposed use, requires a bu'ilding modification to the dwelling oraccessory structure of a nature that is not typically found'in resiOential
di stri cts , the proposed use shal I be consi dered i n appropri ate and
theref ore i nel 'igi b1e as a home occupat'ion.
