--- REQUIRED INSPECTTONS
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see that all inspections are
made at the proper Eime. To request an inspection, cal-:.- 726-3769
(recorder), state your City designated job number, job address, type of
inspection requested and when you will be ready for inspection. Requests
received before 7:00 a.m. wil-L be made the same working day, requests made after
7:00 a.m wil-l be made Ehe fol-Lowing work day.
Speciat Inspections: In accordance with Section 305 of Ehe State Specialty Code
a special inspector shalL be employed by the owner/Contractor during
construction of any following "*'r work. A copy of the special testing reports
sha11 be furnished to Building Safety.
In addition to Lhe inspections specified, t,he Buildj-ng Official may make or
reguire other inspections of any construction work to ensure compliance with
the Building, City or Development Code.
WATER LINE - Prior to fil-Iing trench.
SAI{ITARY SE$IER LINE - Prior to fill-ing trench.
STORM SEWER LINE - Prior to filling Lrench.
ROUGH GRADING - After gravel is in place but prior to placing concrete
CITRBCIE - After forms are erected but prior to placement of concrete.
SIDEWATK - After excavatj-on is complete, forms and sub-base material
in p1ace.
FINAL SITE PLAD{ - After all requirements have been met for Minimum
Development Standards or from the Development Agreement.
