The folloving itens include but are not llnlted to certain conditlons ofdevelopnent identified as tnellgible for tliii agreement:
a) developtrent requiring site approvar vhich has not been obtalned;
b) ner development rocated on rand vlth over six-percent srope;
c) lots having expansive (clay) soil;
d) developaent located sithin flood hazard areas;
e) development located vithin vetland areas;
f) pole buildings or other such type of structure that is not of conventionalcons truc tion.
