As you requested, f have enclosed aI1 the information I could find pertainingto the above mentioned property. There are three building permits; the firsifrom 1975, an addition in 1985 and a smaller addition in-tigZ. f could notfind any Site PIan Reviev approvals. Hovever, Site PIan Reviev has been ineffect since 1974 and the first two building permits vould have triggered SitePlan Reviev.
rn February 1988, there llas a Pre-Application Conference to discussaddition. There was no follov-up apprication for site plan Reviev.
Finally, in May 1988, there was a compraint concerning the disposalmetal. This complaint has been reconciled.
