Standards of the Springfield Development Code and does not require site p'lan
approval for your proposed change in land use.
Your application fee and information have been returned.
You have agreed to restripe the parking area because the paint has faded and that
will satisfy our needs for 'land use occupancy.
If in the future your needs change and outdoor stordge is desired the existing
chain'link fence will need to be slatted around the storage area.
