AMENDED DECISION
Amended Decision to delete Condition #3 of Preliminary Plan Approval for Partition 1998-05-099, dated
June 16, 1998.
DISCUSSION
Preliminary Plan Approval Condition No. 3 stated:
#3) Storm water run-offline must be installed in PUE prior to Final Plat Approval.
The City of Springfield, Public Works has withdrawn the request for installation of the storm line as a
condition of Final Plat Approval. The applicant will dedicate a l2-foot easement, as conditioned in item #2
of the Preliminary Plan Approval, which will provide an easement for the future installation of the storm
drain.
AMENDED SUMMARY OF CONDITIONS:
#l A public utility easement (PUE), 7' wide, must be dedicated along the full frontage of the project
abutting both 2nd Street and 3d Street.
#2 A 12' wide public utility easement (PUE) is required along the full length of the southern property line
ofParcel #l and Parcel#2.
#3 Sign and record an Improvement Agreement for 2od Steet and 3d Sfeet.
fl4 Dedicate and record a 25' right-of-way on 3'd Steet and show on the Final Plat.
#5 Constuct the remainin g % of the easterly half of 3'd Steet prior to issuance of a building permit for
Parcel #2.
