SUBSURPACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEI.IAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
I. Permits shal1 be effective for one year from the Cate of j.ssuance.
2. Upon completing Lhe construction for which a permit has been issued, Lhe permit holder shal1notify the Lane County Department of Planning and Comunity Development by submitting thej.nsta.llation record form. The Departsent shall inspect the construction to determine if itcomPLies with the rules contained in this divi-sion. If the construction does compty with suchruIes, the Department shalI issue a certificate of satisfactory complet-ion to the permiti holderIf the constructlon does not comply with such rules, the Departrent shall notify the permitholder and shall require satisfactory completion before issuing the certificate. Failure tomeet the requiiements for satisfactory completion wrthi.n a reasonable time constitutes a vio-lation of ORS 454.605 to 454.'745 and this rule.
