electrical and plumbing are approved. AIl wall insulation and vapor barrier are in pl-ace.
4. Lath and,/or Gypsum Board Inspection: To be made after all Lathing and qypsum board, incerior
and exterior, is in place but before any plastering is applied and berore gypsw board joints
and fasteners are taped and finished.
5. FlnaL lnspection: To be nade after the building i.s complete and befole occupancy.
APPROVAL REoUIRED. \"o work shall be done on any part of the building or Structure beyond the point
indicated in each successive inspection without first obtaining the approval of the buil,ding officiaL.
Such approval shaIl be given cnly after an inspection shall have been made of each successj-ve step
in the constructi.on as ind.icated by each of the rnspections required.
NOTE: A1I building pexmits require inspections for the uork autho!ized, such as but not limited to:
A. Bl"ock i"iall: To be maCe after reinforcing is in place, but befo.e any grout is poured. This
I-nspecti6n is required for each bond beam pour. There will be no approval until the plunbine
and electrical inspections have been made and approved.
B. tr:ood Stove: To be made after completion of masonrl' (if applicable) and when instal-Iation is(]6efete. InstaLlation shatl be 1n accordance with an approved, national-Iy recognized testing
agency and the manufacturerrs install-ation lnstructions.

1. Footings and piers to comply wath State foundation requirements for mobile homes or as
recomended by the manufaclurer.
2. Mobile home ninimun finish floor elevation shaLl be certified when requj.red by a flood-plain management letter.
3. Mobj"le home tiedowns, when required, and skirting shaLl be installed and ready for inspec-
tion withj.n aL least 30 days after occupancy. Tiedowns and skirting shall be instalLedper enclosure.
Swiming Pool: Below grade when steel is in place and before concrete is poured. Above grade

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEI{AGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
t. Pelmits shall be effecti-ve for one year from the Cate of issuance.
2. Upon completing Lhe construction for which a pernit has been issued, the permit holder shall
notify the Lane County Department of planning and Comunity Development by submitting theinstallation record forn. The Department shall inspect the construction to determj.ne if itcomplies with the rules contained in this Civision. If the construction does comply with suchrules, the Departrent shaIl issue a certificate of satisfactory completion to the permiti holderIf the construction does not compl,y with such rules, the Departsent shaIl notify the pernit
holder and shall requrre satisfactory completion before issuing the certificate. Failure tomeet the requirements for satisfactory completron within a reasonable time constitutes a vio-l-ation of oRs 454.605 to 454.145 and this ruIe.
