At your request, the Building Division of the CiEy of Springfield made a
housing inspection on @,Springfield, Oregon.
The foLl-owing items must be repaired or repLaced to conform with the
Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield;
1 Install 650 square inches of attic ventilation - % upper halfof roof and % in lower section of roof.
2. Rep'lace shower stal l.
Ground the receptacles in the util ity room.
The service is not large enough for the amount of electricity
needed.
A11 necessary permits shalL be obtained before work starts and al-l workshal1 be accomplished aceording to applicable codes and inspected beforea Certificate of Compliance will_ be issued"
