Dear Mr. Strayer:
At your request the Building Division of the City of Springfield made a housing
inspection on September B, 7977 at 1060 Prescott Lane
The fol'lowing shall be repaired or replaced to conform to the Uniform Housing
Code as adopted by the City of Springfield.
1. All areas of the floor that show evidence of rot shall be replaced,particularity in the restroom, around the kitchen sink and utility
r00m.?. The walls around the bathtub shall be refinished with water proof
material s.3. One fifth of the square footage in the living room shall be openable
windows for ventilation.4. Building needs a new roof.5. Replace missing heaters with U.L. approved types.6. Disconnect unused wiring.
The structure appears structurally sound enough to move. Before moving or re-
pairing a1'l appljcable permits shall be obtained and all work shall be accomp-
lished according to applicable codes and inspected before a certificate of
compf iance wiII be issued.
