Dear Mr. Whidden & Ms. Kleminsky,
Due to a recent land use approval of a new subdivision in your neighborhood, the City must change a
number of addresses on your street in order to allow for additional address assignment to the west of your
property, and to provide numerical uniformity for Police and Fire Emergency Services.
Your property located at Lane County Reference Number l8 02 06 14, Tax Lot Number 09700, commonly
known as 3958 Pinyon Street, has been changed to 4043 Pinyon Street, Springfield, Oregon.
I will notifu the following companies and/or agencies of this new address by sending them a copy of this
letter:
This change will become effective 60 days from the date of this letter (October 16, 1998). Please change
your street address numbers on your home and on your mailbox by this date. I am enclosing address
change cards for you, which have been provided by the U.S. Postal Service to help with your address
change.
