L. Foundation Inspection: To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected and when aII
nateria.l.s for the foundation are delivered on the job. l{here concrete from a centraL mixing
pLant (comonly termed "transit mixedr') is to be used, materrals need not be on the job.
2, Concrete SIab o! Ulgslileel Inspection: To be made after aLl in-slab or under-fl.oor building
EEiv-ire.fu+mmt, condut, piping aressories, and other ancillar!, equiPment items are in
place but betore any concrete is pouled or floor sheathing installed, lncludj.ng the subfloor.
3. Franing & Insulation Inspections: To be made after the roof, all framj.ng, flre blocking. and
S;;a]nq Sreln-plre etd all piaes, fj.replaces, chinneys, and vents are conplete and all rough
electrj.caL and plumbing are approved. ALl wall insulatlon and vapor barrier ale in place.

APPROVAL REQUIRED. No work shall be done on any part of the building or atructure beyond the point
indicated in each successive inspection wiLhout first obtai.ning the approval of the building offrcial.
Such approval shaLl be given cnly after an inspection shall have been made of each successive step
in the construction as indicated by each of the inspections lequired.
NoTE: AlI buiLding permj,ts require inspections for the work auLhorized, such as but not limited to.
A. Block wall-: To be maCe after reinforcing is in place, but before any grout ls poured. This
lispecEloi is required for each bond beam pour. There wiIl be no approval until the plumbing
and elecLrical inspections have been made and approved.
B. !{ood Stove: To be made after completion of masonry (if applicable) and when instalLation is
upfetfl Installation shall be in accordance with an approved, nationaLly recognized testing
agency and the manufacturer's installation lnstructions.
C. Mobile Home: An inspection is requ.ired after the mobile home is connected to an apProved
EEfEFoi--Eptic system for setback requirements, blocking, footing connection, tiedowns,
sk j.rti.ng, and plwbing connections.
1. Footings and piers to comply with State foundation requirements for mobile homes or as
recomended by the manufacturer.
2. Mobile home mininum fj-nish floor elevation shaIl be cert.ified when required by a flood-
pl-ain managenent letter.
3. ^!obile home Liedouns, when required, and skirting shall be installed and ready for insPec-
tion wj-thin at Ieast 3O days ifLer occupancy. Tiedowns and skirting shall be.installed
per enclosure.
D. Swimj.nq pool: Below grade when steel is in place and before concrete is poured. Above grade
;IEn p@I is installed.
