Authorize the City Manager Pro Tem to sign a contract with White Bird Clinic for CAHOOTS services to the City of Springfield and its urban growth boundary. The contract will establish a formal agreement between the City of Springfield and White Bird Clinic for 24 hour CAHOOTS services through June 30, 2020, as well as reference the related agreement between White Bird Clinic and Lane County for grant funding and requirements.
