BUILDING DIVISlON:
REQUIRED
I. Foundation Inspection: To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected and when a11

plant (comonly termed "transil mrxed") is to be used, materials need not be on the job.
2. Concrete Slab or Under-aloor Inspectlon: To be maie after alI i-n-s1ab or under-fIoor building

place but before any concrete is poured or floor sheathing installed, including the subfloor.
3. Framing & Insulation Inspections: To be made after the roof, all framing, fire blocking, and

electrical and plunbing are approved. A1l waIl insulation and vapo! barrie! are i-n place.

skirt.ing, and plmbing connections .
1. Footings and piers to comply with State foundation requirements for mobil-e homes or as
recomended by the manufacturer.
2. Mobile home minj"num finish floor elevation shall be certified when required by a flood-plain management letger.
3. Mobile hone tiedosns, when required, and skirting shal} be installed and ready for inspec-
tlon within at least 30 days after occupancy, Tiedowns and skirtj.ng shall be installedper enclosure.

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
I. Permits shall be effective for one year from the dale of issuance.
2, Upon completing the constructj.on for which a permi"t has been issued, t.he permit holder shal1notify the Lane County Departrent of Planning and Comunity Development by submitting theinstallation record form. The Department shalt inspect the construction to detemine if itcomplies with the rules contained in this division. If the construction does comply with suchrul-es, the Department shall issue a certi"ficate of satisfactory conpletion to the permiti hoLderIf the construction does not comply vith such ru1es, the Departhent shaLl notify the permit
holder and shall require satj.sfactory comp-Ietion before issuing the certificate. Failure tomeet the requirements fo! satisfactory completj.on within a reasonable time constitutes a vio-lation of ORS 454.605 to 454.745 and this ruLe.
